8,000 instances of abuse alleged in Archdiocese bankruptcy hearing

Comment: On March 29, 2012 at St. Francs Cabrini Church in West Bend,WI, Archbishop Listecki had a Mass of Atonement for those suffering from sexual abuse at the hands of priests and their hierarchical conspirators.  In the next few weeks, the Archbishop's lawyers will be in court trying to suppress new testamony that would shed light on the 75 priest offenders that have not been named in the abuse of over 8.000 victims.  To me, this is just another form of malfeasance-institutional abuse.  It is hierarchical bullying that says, I will say I am sorry in in the light to let the people know I am following the code of culture that says we need to be sorry.....but after that we can continue to do as we please.  Diane Dougherty

Sealed documents filed in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee bankruptcy identify at least 8,000 instances of child sexual abuse and 100 alleged offenders - 75 of them priests - who have not previously been named by the archdiocese, a victims' attorney said Thursday.
