Pope Benedict to seek immunity and protection from Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on February 23

Pope Benedict to seek immunity and protection from Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on February 23      http://itccs.org/
I have been following this for a long time. I thought the resignation was related to Australia's 5 year investigation sex abuse of children, http://www.theaustralian.com.au/national-affairs/julia-gillard-announces-royal-commission-will-probe-child-sex-abuse/story-fn59niix-1226515336333,  but it seems Canada is leading the way.
I have not been aware of this group-but it seems they have been working through the legal system for some time. I am more familiar with the Hague's investigation of 2011 naming Ratzinger as the chief defendant. Because these lawyers could not bring a suit against a sovereign state-they leveled it against Ratzinger. All cases went through his office by his own design long before he was Pope.  Much of the work was done by Jeffrey Anderson of KY and Marci Hamilton. http://xa.yimg.com/kq/groups/11430070/1800534519/name/pope-lawsuit-2011%284%29.pdf

Because I go to Canada often, I have heard of some of these atrocities-but this is horrible. And yes, it is genocide.
Patrick Wall has gathered some information from other countries whose investigations have led to Ratzinger’s involvement.  You can read more about this at http://dianedoughertysblog.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-real-reason-behind-papal-resignation.html
